Summer is almost upon us. June 21st is less than two weeks away. And now is the best time to start planning where you want to be next Winter (“Season)’ This is the prefect time for potential Buyers and Renters to start thinking of whether they want to be in the warm, sunny weather of Florida or stay in the freezing cold, dreary weather in New York or any other state that has cold winters. Inventory in Florida is shrinking and potential first time Renters or Buyers need to move quickly to have choices and not pay top dollar. As the summer months go by more and more Sellers and Landlords know when season comes to Florida (season being November thru May) they can get more for their properties than in Summer Months. Most Landlords and Sellers will raise their prices during Season because the inventory gets low and there are more people in Florida to look at and buy or rent their properties. So now is the time to plan ahead and most likely save in the process.
