One home in Mirasol Golf and Country Club has built their own pet suite. 180 Viera Dr was built in 2012 for pet lovers. The owner decided to deviate the second largest bedroom to their pets. They have 4 teacup Maltese dogs. The owners first decided to make the room adaptable for their pets. Weighing 3-5 lbs. and being small dogs the owner bought a flat scene TV to entertain their dogs, which is turned on top the Disney channel all day long. Then they decided the pets needed storage for all their toys, wee wee pads, leases and blankets so they hired a closet designer to make useful space for the pets needs. The designer Susan Thompson came up with a wonderful plan and utilized the space very well. The pets now have a closet made for them. Hanging in the closet is framed photographs of each pet. The floor in the pet suite is wall-to-wall marble. Knowing that pets can have accidents the owner bought an upscale designer piece of linoleum to cover the entire floor. The room is ideal and the 4 small pets enjoy their suite!
