Everyone loves their pets and now their is a very high demand for rooms such as suites for pets. Many pet owners consider their pets as part of their family. Once house in Mirasol boasts of this amenity.

Many pet owners send their dogs and cats to “day spas”, and feel there is a need to be able to have their pets live in the lap of luxury they are accustomed to. Builders are hearing this over and over again and now adding pet packages to their homes starting at $35,000.
One home that has already instated these new phenomena is 180 Viera Dr. The room is 13 x 1`2. The room is for the owner’s 4-tea cup Maltese. The first step was where to put everything the dog needs for his or her own room. The closet was the main area designed first. Closet designer Susan Thompson came up with a closet that fits all the dally nerds for the dogs.
One side is: built in drawers. A set of 4 pull out drawers. The first dearer is for the toys. The second dearer is for the dogs harness, leases and collars. The third dearer is for the dog’s carton of wee wee pads. The 4th dearer is for their blankets and bedding.
On the top along the top there is a shelve divided into sections. The first secretion is a changing table to change clothes, give medicine, and take their temperature. To the right is an area with a lower level for a built in hamper. To the right of that is a shelf for the dogs mats (hold 12=16 mats at a time.
Above the closet built in is a photograph (8 X 10) with a farmed picture of all 4 dogs.
The floor is all saturnia marble but the owners do not want the pets to worry about messing up the floor so a 12 x13 piece of top on the line linenluom was laid on top of the marble to protect the marble.
