House in Palm Beach Sells in less than 2 month for $1M more than in 2013

That was fast — William C. and Mary C. Haney have parted with the four-bedroom house they purchased nearly two years ago at 233 Barton Ave. They sold it less than two months after it was listed in the Palm Beach MLS.
The buyer, a Florida limited liability company named Civog Family LLC, paid a recorded $4.04 million for the house via a deed recorded Jan. 15.
That was about $1 million more than the $2.99 million the Haneys paid for the house in March 2013, according to property records.
